About Chattanooga Joe

Ours is a simple story. As a family, we’ve been roasting our own coffee for decades simply because we’re passionate about tasty coffee. Over the past 20+ years, we’ve had quite a few people tell us they also happen to love our roasts, so we founded Chattanooga Joe Roasting Company as a way to help get them into people’s hands!

As a microroastery, we’re able to provide you the same focus we give our own roasts as each batch is individually made to order.

But this also means that we have a unique (we aren’t aware of anyone else doing this!) opportunity to bring you into the roasting process.

We offer our coffees in standard Light, Medium, and Dark roast options – and we think these taste pretty dang good – but because each batch is artisanally roasted, we will work with you to find your own perfect roast.

Order a medium but want just a touch more sweetness in your cup? We’ll take it a tad lighter for you next time. Want to draw out some of those chocolatey notes? We’ll go darker.

Once you find your own sweet spot, just tell us you want your usual, and we’ll take care of the rest. Just sit back and enjoy your custom cup o’ Joe.
